    Mahlkönig grinders are produced to the highest tolerances for the most precise and consistent grinding results. Equipped with precision-cut burrs manufactured in house in Hamburg, Germany, Mahlkönig grinders produce coffee grinds that are high in particle uniformity, and clarity, effectively reducing bitter coffee fines while preserving the distinct tasting notes and profiles of specialty coffee beans.     Grinding innovation

    Over the 20th and early 21st centuries, Mahlkönig has played an important part in developing the high-end coffee grinder industry we know today. Through innovative technologies like Grind-by-Weight (GbW), which provides real-time weight dosing of up to 6000 times/second, thanks to an integrated industrial load-bearing, and Grind-by-Sync (GbS), which combines motorized micron-level grind adjustment with wireless machine-to-machine integration to automatically adjust grind size based on the extraction data of compatible La Marzocco coffee machines, Mahlkönig grinders optimize the coffee making process by producing a high level of precision, consistency, and convenience unmatched by any other coffee grinder.

    Having mastered grinding in the commercial scene, Mahlkönig has recently brought the high-end, proprietary technologies from its famous EK series shop and E series espresso grinders to the home through a brand new lineup of home grinders. As miniaturized versions of their respective grinding families, the X64 SD Single Dose and E64 WS Espresso Grinders carry over the precise commercial-grade burr alignment, and micron-level adjustment, along with advanced grind-by-weight, and grind-by-sync systems from their commercial siblings into a sleek and compact body suitable for the home.
