    Shipping Policy

    Shipping coverage:

    Ultimate Coffee provides shipping services to Hong Kong, Hong Kong's remote areas and outlying islands, and Macau.

    Delivery fees:

    Free shipping in Hong Kong for purchases over HK$300. 

    For orders below HK$300, the shipping fee is HK$60.

    For shipping to Macau, we charge a flat rate of HK$100 for most items. Please contact us for more details. 

    Delivery schedule: 

    Orders will be shipped on Mondays, Wednesdays, & Fridays.

    Orders will arrive in 2-5 business days, excluding public holidays.
