Shipping coverage:

Ultimate Coffee provides shipping services to Hong Kong, Hong Kong's remote areas and outlying islands, and Macau. International orders will be delivered through an international courier service. Please contact us at uccl@ultimatecoffee.com.hk or WhatsApp +852 6015 6896 for more details.

Hong Kong, remote areas, outlying islands, & Macau:

The Ultimate Coffee delivery team can cover most areas in Hong Kong while providing a fast and reliable delivery experience.

FREE shipping will be provided for orders over HK$350. For orders under HK$350, we charge a flat rate of HK$60 per parcel.

For orders to Macau, we charge a flat rate of HK$100 for most items. Please WhatsApp +852 6015 6896 for more details. 

***Please note: for deliveries to the HK airport, remote areas, and outlying islands, such as Cheung Chau, Peng Chau, Lantau Island, Discovery Bay, etc., there is a base remote area surcharge of HK$30. 

Orders placed Monday through Friday will be delivered in 2-5 business days. Our delivery days are on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

Orders placed on Saturday, Sunday, and public holidays will be processed and delivered within 3 business days of the order date.

INTERNATIONAL:

For all orders outside Hong Kong, please contact us at +852 6015 6896 for a custom quotation.

International orders are shipped within 2-5 business days from the order date.

Most orders arrive within 7-14 business days. The arrival date varies depending on the designated shipping method and your local customs clearance process.

***Please note: International deliveries may be subject to import duties and taxes. Ultimate Coffee is not responsible for any charges/duties incurred from customs. Any additional charges from customs clearance are considered outside of our control, and Ultimate Coffee cannot predict the value of what these charges may be.
