The G4 Omega® high-volume coffee brewing system is designed to optimize coffee quality while reducing maintenance and service. Advanced onboard self-diagnostics are carried out continually in order to maintain proper brewing operations. If action is required or preventative maintenance is needed, the system provides real-time feedback and messages in order to alert the operator. Curtis's Omega® systems are factory set for out-of-the-box operations with pre-programmed recipes that ensure a consistently high-quality brew. With its ultra-high volume brewing capacity, intuitive scroll-through menus, and easy-to-fine-tune brewing parameters, the G4 Omega® is perfect for large venues like hotels, catering, and banquets.
